It is possible to choose between attending the virtual conference or both the virtual and the face-to-face events. Participation in the face-to-face event only will also be possible, but the fee will be defined closer to the event. 

The early bird deadline for registration is 30 June 2022. Participation registration for the virtual event is possible right till the beginning of the event. 

As always, we offer support towards conference costs to school teachers from the Baltic States attending the programme. This year we offer 50% discount to individual teachers participating in the virtual event and free participation in the virtual conference to those colleagues whose presentation is included in the conference programme. The Organising Committee also welcomes sponsorship and support to waive the registration fees for other groups of participants.

Cancellation policy

All changes and cancellations must be submitted in writing. The Organising Committee will confirm the cancellation in writing. Refund of registration fees will be as follows:

• until 30 June 2022 - refund 100%
• until 30 July 2022 - refund 50%
• after 30 July 2022 no cancellations will be refunded

Please note that all refunds will be charged EUR 50 handling fee.
