The conference fee will be waived for all the participants whose submissions are included in the final conference programme.  

It is possible to participate individually or as member of an organisation (eg school). 

The early bird deadline for registration is 30 July 2024. Participation registration for the virtual event is possible right till the beginning of the event. 

As always, we offer support towards conference costs to school teachers from the Baltic States attending the programme. This year we offer 50% discount to individual teachers participating in the conference. The Organising Committee also welcomes sponsorship and support to waive the registration fees for other groups of participants.

Cancellation policy

All changes and cancellations must be submitted in writing. The Organising Committee will confirm the cancellation in writing. Refund of registration fees will be as follows:

• until 30 July 2024 - refund 100%
• until 15 Aug 2024 - refund 50%
• after 15 Aug 2024 no cancellations will be refunded

Please note that all refunds will be charged EUR 50 handling fee.
